House Rules

To make your stay and that of your neighbors as pleasant as possible, we ask you to respect the following house rules:

  1. Check-in & check-out

    • Check-in from 15:00

    • Check-out no later than 11:00 a.m.

    • Keys via a key box

  2. Smoking

    • Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or in the common parts of the building.

  3. Peace and quiet

    • Please respect peace and quiet between 22:00 and 08:00, especially in the common corridors and elevator.

  4. Parties and events

    • Parties and noisy gatherings are not allowed.

  5. Waste and cleanliness

    • Please sort trash correctly and leave the apartment tidy upon departure.

  6. Use of the building

    • Respect the common parts (elevator, hallway, stairwell) and keep them clean.

    • Do not place bicycles or beach equipment in the hallways or elevators.

  7. Opkuiskost
    • An additional booking fee of €60 is charged per booking as standard.
