House Rules

To make your stay and that of your neighbors as pleasant as possible, we ask you to respect the following house rules:

Check-in & check-out
- Check-in from 15:00
- Check-out no later than 11:00 a.m.
- Keys via a key box
Smoking
- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or in the common parts of the building.
Peace and quiet
- Please respect peace and quiet between 22:00 and 08:00, especially in the common corridors and elevator.
Parties and events
- Parties and noisy gatherings are not allowed.
Waste and cleanliness
- Please sort trash correctly and leave the apartment tidy upon departure.
Use of the building
- Respect the common parts (elevator, hallway, stairwell) and keep them clean.
- Do not place bicycles or beach equipment in the hallways or elevators.
